Shipping Policy

We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, with territorial limitations solely at the discretion of stepinadventure.com, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 02 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Registered Seller(s) /stepinadventure.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 02 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be dispatched to the registered address of the buyer or address as provided by you at the time of placing an order. Registered Seller(s)/stepinadventure.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit or at the time of delivery to the buyer. The buyer shall provide complete shipping details including landmarks and all such necessary information for effective delivery of the product. The buyer shall track the movement of the product from the shipping partner’s website and shall make necessary arrangements for the delivery of the product. Any lapse/negligence on the part of the buyer shall be his responsibility for which neither the shipping partner/courier agency nor stepinadventure.com take responsibility.

Shipping Charges as indicated at the time of purchase are applicable on every order.

Shipping is free on all online orders above '5000/-*' anywhere in India except on all " Discounted" Products and offers, standard shipping charges will be applicable.

If the total online order amount is less than ‘5000/-*', then shipping costs have been classified according to the locations in Pan India for each product. To view the shipping cost on the product page there is a “Shipping Cost” link next to “Add to Wish list”

If you order more than one quantity of the same product then, the shipping cost reduces and is mentioned on the product page.

COD (Cash on Delivery) PROCESS & POLICY
Customers placing COD (Cash On Delivery) orders on stepinadventure.com will need to pay 10% of the value of the order in advance to confirm their orders. In case the customer does not pay the advance amount then their order will be rejected by the supplier.

Only customers with a history of a minimum of three successful orders will be exempt from the 10% advance amount payment on COD orders. This will be at the sole discretion of the supplier. 

COD orders are limited to the following brands – ClimbX, Kong, Gipfel, 4Fun, Entre-prises, and Gecko-king. Any COD order apart from these brands will either be converted to prepaid by receiving the full amount from a customer or rejected, as mutually agreed between the customer & supplier.

COD orders are limited to a value of Rs 30000/- as enforced by the delivery partner. Any COD order over Rs 30000/-  will either be converted to prepaid by receiving the full amount from a customer or rejected, as mutually agreed between the customer & supplier.

COD orders may be canceled due to the non-availability of COD service in customers' areas.

COD orders may be canceled due to the high return rate of the customers.

COD orders can be cancelled by the supplier due to various reasons without prior notice. You may reach out to the supplier for more details.
