Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
Return Conditions:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Original tags, labels, and invoice must be included
- Proper packaging is required to prevent transit damage
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
- Credit/Debit Card refunds: within 15 working days
- Net Banking refunds: credited directly to bank account
- Other payment modes: refund via cheque issued to the billing name
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange : In case of Replacement/Exchange, the product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order placement and before the order is processed.
- Orders placed under Same-Day Delivery or special occasions (Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Pongal, etc.) cannot be cancelled.
- Once an order is processed, cancellation will incur a 10% cancellation fee + shipping charges.
- Stepin Adventure’s decision regarding order processing status shall be final and binding.
Once the order is placed, the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days
