The BORA Screw HMS Locking Carabiner is a versatile, lightweight and high-strength locking carabiner designed for belaying, rappelling, anchor building and climbing applications. Its pear-shaped HMS basket provides smooth rope handling and makes it suitable for use with a Münter hitch and various belay devices.
Made with a hot-forged I-beam construction, the BORA Screw offers an excellent combination of strength, stiffness and low weight. The large rope-bearing area helps improve rope glide while reducing wear on both the rope and carabiner.
The angled, snag-free Keylock nose allows smooth clipping and unclipping, while the large gate and basket area make tying a clove hitch easy. The screw-locking sleeve provides secure and straightforward locking for reliable handling during climbing and belaying.
